Exhibitor InformationMore than 300 art teachers, prospective teachers, college and university professors, and retirees from around the Commonwealth will attend our upcoming conference. The conference provides you with an opportunity to speak directly with one of your most important markets. Payment deadline is September 15th at close of business day. Registrations that take place after September 1st will not be included in the program.
Set Up and Exhibition Space HoursExhibition dates are Friday, October 20th and Saturday, October 21st. Time to load in and exact times for exhibition will be forthcoming.
Shipping InformationDue to the limited space the hotel has for storage, storage of exhibit materials is limited and shipments will not be received prior to October 18, 2017. Exhibitor Cancellation PolicyShould you need to change your plans and are not able to exhibit after you’ve completed your registration, we offer a full and partial refund policy depending on the dates by which you inform us of your need to cancel. Exhibitor Last day for full refund is September 1, 2017. Exhibitor Last day for 50% refund is two weeks prior to the conference start date. No refund is given if a cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to the conference. To cancel, please submit a refund request in writing to PAEA Treasurer Amy Anderson firstname.lastname@example.org and cc Leslie Gates, Conference Administrator email@example.com and Melissa Gallagher, Conference Program Designer firstname.lastname@example.org.
Advertising OpportunitiesAny individual or company can purchase advertising in the PAEA Conference Program or pay to have materials placed in conference bags provided to every attendee. The following options outline costs and specifications for various advertising options. Advertisement images must be at least 300 dpi, and in .jpg or .pdf format. Images are due to Melissa Gallagher by September 1st, 2017 at email@example.com.
