Exhibitor Information

More than 300 art teachers, prospective teachers, college and university professors, and retirees from around the Commonwealth will attend our upcoming conference. The conference provides you with an opportunity to speak directly with one of your most important markets. Exhibit Coordinator Meg Barney, Ed.D. can be contacted via phone at 610-891-9071 or by email at Stephen.barney2@verizon.net with any questions. Payment deadline is September 15th at close of business day. Registrations that take place after September 1st will not be included in the program.

Set Up and Exhibition Space Hours

Exhibition dates are Friday, October 20th and Saturday, October 21st. Time to load in and exact times for exhibition will be forthcoming.

Shipping Information

Due to the limited space the hotel has for storage, storage of exhibit materials is limited and shipments will not be received prior to October 18, 2017. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

Should you need to change your plans and are not able to exhibit after you’ve completed your registration, we offer a full and partial refund policy depending on the dates by which you inform us of your need to cancel. Exhibitor Last day for full refund is September 1, 2017. Exhibitor Last day for 50% refund is two weeks prior to the conference start date. No refund is given if a cancellation occurs less than two weeks prior to the conference. To cancel, please submit a refund request in writing to PAEA Treasurer Amy Anderson aandersonart@gmail.com and cc Leslie Gates, Conference Administrator lesliegatespaea@gmail.com and Melissa Gallagher, Conference Program Designer paeamembership@gmail.com.

Advertising Opportunities

Any individual or company can purchase advertising in the PAEA Conference Program or pay to have materials placed in conference bags provided to every attendee. The following options outline costs and specifications for various advertising options. Advertisement images must be at least 300 dpi, and in .jpg or .pdf format. Images are due to Melissa Gallagher by September 1st, 2017 at paeamembership@gmail.com.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Our conference is a major source of professional learning and networking for art educators across Pennsylvania. We have benefitted greatly from the support of corporations, non-profits, and individuals who partner with us to keep our programming and opportunities available to our members. You can sponsor conference-related activities at various levels, outlined within the options below.

 Keynote Sponsor $750

  • Contributes funds towards keynote speakers' honoraria and travel costs. Sponsor identified at event and in the conference program

  • Contributes funds towards the drayage in the exhibit hall. Sponsor identified by signage in the exhibit hall and in the conference program

Hospitality Sponsor $500

  • Contributes funds towards space rental and various meals provided to attendees. Sponsor identified at related event and in the conference program

Student Sponsor $75.00

  • Contributes funds to sponsor a student during the conference. Sponsor identified in the conference program

  • Contributes funds towards general conference costs. Sponsor identified in the conference program
